01. Special discounts outside of our discount program or those announced on social media for a limited time cannot be claimed.

02. LASHY discounts/loyalty programs, if any, are applicable only in case of booking via salon phone call, WhatsApp, or Instagram. They are not applied through direct booking from any link of other platforms.

03. Refill periods for eyelashes (second week, third week) are calculated starting from the day after the salon visit for the full set installation or any refill visit, and fees apply.

04. Any errors in eyelash installation (first week, one time only) will be corrected starting from the day after the salon visit for the full set installation.

05. Refills/adjustments for eyelashes applied outside of LASHY are not performed due to varying quality of materials used by different salons. LASHY requires the removal of these eyelashes and the application of a new set. Fees apply for both the removal service and the new eyelash set application.

06. Redness in the eye may occur during or after the service. This does not necessarily indicate a flaw in the service execution, use of non-sterile tools, or poor quality of products used. It can be attributed to varying sensitivity to the glue among individuals, lower lash fixation tapes, excessive movement, or continuous blinking. There is no need for concern, as this is common in eyelash services.

07. The correct methods for maintaining eyelashes and keeping the results longer must be followed (these methods are available as information provided to customers at the salon or on our Instagram account).

08. Appropriate consultation is provided, and the agreed-upon terms are documented and signed by the customer, along with an advance payment. The customer’s departure from the salon is considered as her complete satisfaction with the service provided.

09. LASHY requires advance payment for its services. If a switch is made to a lower-priced service after payment, LASHY will suggest adding other services to make up the difference or provide a coupon of the same value difference for use within its validity period.

10. LASHY removes the eyelashes that have been installed when approved in advance, free of charge, when the customer decides to cancel on her own during the service only. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the service after it is implemented and requests removal, then the removal fee will be applied in addition to the basic service fee. The amount paid for the basic service is not refundable in all cases.

11. LASHY urges its valued customers to ensure from time to time that the service is being implemented according to their desires to achieve the best benefit and to avoid any unsatisfactory results.

12. LASHY requires at least 4 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

13. During events, LASHY may require customers to confirm their attendance. When the customer receives the link to confirm the electronic reservation via SMS or direct reservation through electronic means, they must use a valid bank card and ensure sufficient funds to complete the process. The customer may be reminded via WhatsApp or phone call.

14. During events, LASHY will give the customer a period of 15 minutes after sending the confirmation link to complete the reservation. Reminders will be sent via SMS in case of non-completion. The initial appointment request will be canceled in case of no response, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

15. During events, the customer is free to reschedule/cancel the reservation without charge (4 hours) before the actual date. An amount of 30% of the total bill will be deducted, non-refundable, during the period mentioned in the previous cases. The customer can benefit from the services if rescheduled at any later time without restrictions.

16. During events, LASHY will deduct a non-refundable amount of 50% of the total bill if the customer is late by 15 minutes; the appointment will be automatically canceled by the system.

17. For customers physically present at LASHY, services will be provided immediately when appropriate time is available.

18. Consumables sold are not returned or replaced.

19. Discounts apply to services only, excluding retail items and home service fees if available.

20. Eyelash extensions cannot be performed if the customer has an eye infection.

21. Eyelash extensions will not be applicable for customers under 18.

22. The last appointment to be received is at 7:00 pm for services taking 2 hours to complete, considering store closing time. It is best to check service duration by contacting the receptionist.

23. In case of service packages, it is not possible to replace any service with another. Additional charges apply for services not included in the package.

24. It is not possible to cancel a service to reduce the price of the package itself.

25. All prices shown exclude VAT.

26. Customers who book appointments by phone and fail to show/do the service will be blacklisted after 3 repeated occurrences, even if reminders were sent. They must attend in person without prior booking to check for available time slots.

27. The terms and conditions stated are subject to modification. LASHY will fulfill its obligations towards its customers and disclaims any responsibility towards third parties in the event of lack of knowledge or non-compliance with these provisions.
